Offshore Process platform (CPP and LQUP) KG-DWN-98/2 Development Project.(Client ONGC).(Consortium scope worth US$ 733 million, 2019–Present)\\\\n\\\\n1. • Lead and manage a team of engineers for project entailing:\\\\no Engineer, Supply, installation, and testing of a major field development project involving some of the subsurface and super structures under 98/2 project involving:\\\\no Central Processing Platform (CPP) jacket and topside.\\\\no Living quarters and Utilities platform (LQUP) Jacket and topside.\\\\no Interconnecting bridge between CPP and LQUP.\\\\no Flare bridge linked to CPP including Flare boom and tips.\\\\no Flare support jacket and flare bridge support.\\\\no SPOC (Single Point of Contact) between client and SFSB, accountable for coordinating all transportation and Installation activities for CPP Float-over and LQUP structures with in-house and external engineering consultant, Aker Engineering Malaysia for securing project documents and its approvals.\\\\no Always work towards Reducing costs by optimizing engineering, procurement, fabrication, and T&I resources while always maintaining QHSE balance.\\\\no Optimized offshore operations through skillful liaison with fabrication yard in Lumut Malaysia as well as offshore operations and logistics teams.\\\\no Ensuring cost evaluation review with management and maintaining change logs to mitigate cost exposure to project bottom-line.\\\\no Reviewing a detailed Change log and Risk register and performing bi-weekly evaluation and ensuring risks are always mitigated with as details are updated per project progress.\\\\n• Maintained maximum closure rate for interface issues with open issues of less than 1% through resource optimization and identifying project bottlenecks early and clearing bottlenecks in advance by proper stakeholder management.\\\\n• The project has maintained highest standards of safety, clocking 8,551,242 safe man-hours and counting with zero lost time in injury.\\\\n• Trained and mentored graduate trainee engineers.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
