I am a dedicated Data Analyst and Engineer with a strong background in transforming data into actionable insights to support decision-making and optimize business operations. My expertise includes ETL/ELT pipelines, data visualization, cloud solutions, and big data technologies, with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.In my current role as a Data Analyst at Swindon Borough Council, I manage and analyze complex datasets related to children\'s education, housing, adult and financial data. I conduct regular data quality checks, identify inconsistencies, and ensure data reliability. Utilizing Power BI, I create and update weekly reports that provide crucial insights for government actions and campaigns. I also develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data collection processes and reporting methodologies.Previously, as a Data Engineer at Tech Mahindra, I worked on a project for British Telecom, leading a team to enhance the ETL process. I architected and executed robust ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics, facilitating large-scale data migrations. As a Junior Data Analyst at Tech Mahindra, I worked on improving network performance for Nokia. My technical skills include advanced programming in Python, data visualization with Power BI, Excel, and Yellowfin, and proficiency in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka. I am experienced with cloud platforms including Azure, and have a solid understanding of database management with MySQL and PostgreSQL.I hold a Master’s degree in Big Data Science from Queen Mary University of London, where I graduated with distinction, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics from Visveswaraya Technology, where I graduated with first-class honors
