Present In this role, I manage the conversion of PRs to POs within the given cycle, including publishing RFX, quote comparison, and releasing POs to the best possible quotes. I ensure PO approvals with all checkpoints within a TAT of 48 hours. I handle new vendor additions, vendor extensions to multiple plants, and vendor changes in the system. I resolve invoice-related issues, train and guide new team members, close dormant POs, and manage ad hoc closure requests from stakeholders. Additionally, I publish reports to stakeholders with regular follow-ups and handle contract amendments for price, MPN, UOM, etc. I also negotiate payment and contract terms effectively.
