Engineering teams under my leadership own systems to help dozens of PV client organizations (web, mobile, Amazon 1st party and 3rd party devices) to release features at the highest quality, availability and observability to deliver best customer experience at the fastest development velocity and minimum client cost to ~200MM Prime Video WW customers. My organization does this by leveraging synergy opportunities across clients, increasing feature development efficiency across its lifecycle, delivering cross-client telemetry, build, test, release, availability and observability improvements, and automating product and operation work across clients. Client Foundations organization owns 40+ tier-1/tier-2 services. My organization is part of the larger Prime Video organization, delivering high-quality premium video content with a vision to be the entertainment hub destination for WW customers.
