Main duties performed:• Prepare Weekly as well as monthly QA/QC report. • Carry out in process site inspections of the work and provide feedback and solutions. • Handle Quality issues raised by consultant and provide necessary solutions to close the issues. • Testing of all the Materials as per IS codes (Rebars, PT strands, Cubes, Sand, Cement, GGBS, Fly ash etc) • Preparing and sending monthly Quality report to Quality head. • Controlling the batching plant Concrete productions as per site requirements. • Third party Quality Testing arrangements as per Consultants Request. • Designing of concrete mix. • Conducting concrete trials to set mixes. • Incoming material Inspections and it\'s compliance with specific requirements.
