The network that needs to customize the monitoring and threshold values as per the Customer requirement.Roles & Responsibilities:# Successfully utilized monitoring software (BMC TSOM, Dynatrace ) to identify and proactively correct infrastructure issues before they impacted production.# As a Monitoring team we provide monitoring solution support and network devices using tools like BMC TSOM, Dynatrace, Sevone# We use BMC TSOM, Dynatrace to provide monitoring for servers and we use SevOne to provide monitoring for network devices and Up/Down monitors for Servers. Both tools collect Performance data and provide performance report# Take care of patrol agent configuration and troubleshoot, resolve if we face any issue on patrol# Add/Remove servers, network devices from monitoring as per request# Configure monitoring policies based on user requirements# Modify the exiting threshold as per user requirements# We using Xmatters tools for notification and using Remedy for ticking purpose# We raise vendor support ticket and follow up with them till get solution for a issue# Performed notifications and status of all incidents to high level internal leadership and client while managing SLA\'s.# End to end configuration and management of BMC Patrol agent# Testing in TEST TSPS (True site Presentation Server) Test monitoring solutions to ensure they are working as designed.# Requirement gathering from the IT infrastructure and application teams.# Integrating Monitoring tools with BMC Truesight operations management tool for taking necessary actions and prioritizing events based on criticality.# Test monitoring solutions to ensure that they are working as designed before implementing in production environment
