Support the management, setup and breakdown of Bucs’ home games and special events, while also dispensing and maintaining event supplies and equipment. • Assist with transportation and escorting of hired entertainers, team cheerleaders, mascot, current and former players, and coaches during high profile events (i.e. Ring of Honor Ceremony, Draft Party, Fan Fest, Player Send-Offs, Holiday Giveaways, etc.).• Partner with club’s Community Outreach/Impact team to assist with the setup and management of events such as Cut and Color for a Cure; Turkey Time with the O-Line; and Treasure Chests 5k + Fun Run.• Engage and assist premium fans at special events to ensure a positive, fun and memorable experience. • Complete trainings as required to cultivate a high standard of safety and quality in event execution procedures.• Demonstrate professionalism throughout every interaction with teammates, fans, NFL players & team executives.
