As part of the Account renewals team, I specialize in managing end-to-end renewal processes for digital security products including SSL certificates, Identity solutions, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) services. My role involves engaging with clients globally to ensure timely renewals, assess evolving security needs, and provide tailored solutions that maintain trust and compliance.Key responsibilities include: • Managing renewal cycles for enterprise accounts and ensuring seamless continuity of Entrust’s digital security services. • Educating clients on product upgrades, lifecycle management, and changes in compliance standards (e.g, CA/B Forum guidelines). • Coordinating with internal teams (sales, legal, technical support) to address customer concerns and finalize renewal contracts. • Leveraging CRM tools to track renewal pipelines, forecast revenue, and maintain high customer retention rates. • Building strong client relationships to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Entrust’s portfolio of authentication, encryption, and certificate management solutions.Through this role, I’ve developed a deep understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, digital certificate ecosystems, and the importance of identity assurance in today’s digital landscape.
