A dynamic professional with more than 25 years of experience in EPIC Turnkey Projects associated with Oil & Gas Refineries, Process Plants, Petrochemical Plants, Thermal Gas Plant, Oil Refinery, Floor Wells (Onshore Exploration), Polypropylene & Propane Dehydrogenation Plant, Atomic Power Plant & including establishing and implementation of Project Quality Management System. Experienced in QA/QC Activities of Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Pre-Commissioning related to Station Piping, Pipelines, Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Equipment’s and Structures etc, Hands on experience in inspection of various Equipment’s, QA/QC Surveillance, Quality Audit, Welding Inspection and Non-Destructive Testing in the areas of Oil, Gas and Petrochemical plant Equipment’s during and after fabrication. Expertise in organizing various inspections during service, erection and fabrication of numerous equipment’s like Pressure vessel, Heat Exchangers, Column, JET Fuel Storage Tanks & shop fabricated storage tanks, Pipeline and Piping. Experience in analysing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications to enhance operational efficiency. Hands on experience in organizing inspections, viz. Receiving Inspection, In-process Inspection, Supplier Quality and Final Inspection. Experience in dealing with ASME Inspectors, Clients for various projects.
