As Regional Compliance Officer, responsible for ensuring the Siemens Compliance Management System is effective and operational for the legal entities in the region. Responsibilities includes implementing preventive (policies, procedures, risk management, training, communication, collective action, and advice), detective (whistleblower reporting, investigations, audits, monitoring, spot checks) and responsive (remedial actions, root cause analysis, process enhancements) measures. Factory operations spread across a dozen locations, diverse products business (ranging from a switch costing a Euro to a transformer costing millions), large projects business (spread across the country), dynamic services business, combined with cutting edge industrial automation, software & technology business makes the role challenging, complex and fulfilling.
