As Co-Founder & CFO at GharanaIndia, I built and scaled a D2C apparel venture from the ground up with end-to-end ownership of business strategy, finance and operations, growing monthly revenue while maintaining 7–8% EBITDA. • Owned end-to-end P&L, pricing and unit economics across D2C and marketplace channels.• Scaled the D2C platform (gharanaindia.com) into a primary growth channel contributing 50% of revenue.• Expanded presence across Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Loom & Furl, diversifying demand & reducing channel risk.• Launched a Chikankari brand & new ethnic wear categories to strengthen assortment & brand positioning.• Introduced a zero-inventory, JIT premium saree model to expand assortment with minimal capital lock-in.• Built and governed vendor, supply chain and inventory operations to improve availability and execution.• Managed cash flow, treasury and payment reconciliations to sustain positive EBITDA.• Delivered the end-to-end e-commerce setup, including website, payment gateways & logistics integration.
