I am a people-focused Human Resource leader and Coach with 20+ years of experience in shaping inclusive, high-performing workplaces across the IT services industry. Over my two decades with TCS, I have taken on six distinct HR roles across the entire spectrum of HR—intentionally stepping out of my comfort zone every few years. Each move, often into a new HR function and sometimes a new country, has sharpened my adaptability, cultural intelligence, and ability to deliver impact in complex, diverse environments.In my current role as part of the Leadership & Diversity team, I have gained hands-on experience in designing inclusive frameworks and policies that drive belonging and equity for different diversity segments across a global workforce.From 2019 to 2024, I served as HR Head of Israel, leading through both the global pandemic and regional conflict. These years taught me that empathy, compassion, and human connection are not just abstract words—they are the bedrock of resilience and transformation. Along the way, I have also headed global performance management and managed the CHRO’s Data Office, where I translated analytics into strategic insights for board-level decision-making.
