ABOUT SANKALP LAL
With over 22 years of global leadership experience in financial and customer operations and client services, I am currently the Director of Retail Operations at Fidelity International, one of the world\'s leading asset managers. I am also enrolled in the Chief Operations Officer Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, to further enhance my strategic and operational skills and knowledge. In my current role, I lead a cross-functional team of nine departments across India, Ireland, and the UK, to improve the experience for re-registration and transfers of various products and platforms. I also manage large-scale technology transformation and regulatory change projects, and act as the Lead Shadow COO for a group of directors and associate directors across the business. My teams have been instrumental in winning industry-level awards and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores for Fidelity. I am passionate about setting up new processes and driving process improvements, having successfully completed over 20 process transitions and transformations in my career. Additionally, I am a co-author of a published self-help book and have a keen interest in spiritual sciences.
