Assisting with trait scoring, plant selection, and technical breeding activities in rye and barley2. Performing bagging and controlled pollination tasks in both field and greenhouse settings3. Supporting seed preparation, sowing, and harvesting of yield trials and inbred lines4. Participating in crop conditioning and contributing to data collection for line development5. Learning about seed production logistics and quality control processes6. Attending internal sessions on breeding strategies and company operations
