At Christ University, I\'m expanding my business acumen while expecting to earn an MBA in 2026. My academic grounding in Political Science (University of Calcutta) laid the foundation for understanding governance, systems, and people — and I’ve translated that into tangible contributions across HR, operations, and social initiatives. Currently, I’m gaining real-time exposure as an HR Intern at India Glazes Ltd, where I’m developing an end-to-end training and development system contributing to the employee productivity framework. This hands-on experience has helped me understand how HR strategy aligns with business outcomes. My prior role as an Operations Associate at Quality Systems Development & Services deepened my operational and compliance knowledge. As an HR Intern with Free Pads for India, I led recruitment, onboarding, and team training for both HR and Social Media interns. As an enthusiast in digital creatives, I was an Social Media Marketing Intern at SalesEra where I explored the digital world of developing numerous creatives and designs. Outside my corporate experiences, I’m deeply committed to community impact. I’ve volunteered with CRY, Bhumi, and college events. My creativity finds expression through my role as a Designing member in Media and Design Creatives at and as co-designer of the HR Forte newsletter at Christ (Deemed to be) University, combining content creation with strategic communication. At the heart of my professional journey is a deep belief in continuous learning, collaboration, and the power of intentional systems. Whether I’m designing, coordinating, or mentoring, I lead with clarity, compassion, and a focus on long-term value.
