About Sanju Vikashni Ranganathan

I would describe myself as an optimist, organiser, and diligent worker. My journey has been rooted in Life Sciences, and I’m grateful for my mother’s influence as a science teacher. From choosing Biology in high school to pursuing Biotechnology for my undergraduate degree and Food Safety for my postgraduate studies, I’ve developed a deep interest and connection to the field—perhaps something passed down through genes! My interest in planning, organising, and content also led me to a management role at iQube, my college’s innovation hub. As a Product Manager, I worked on shaping ideas, executing them, managing teams, and strengthening my content skills. I’ve also been an active member of the Association of Biotechnologists (ABT), where I served as Treasurer for a year. These experiences have shaped my belief that no experience is accidental or wasted; they simply guide you in unexpected ways!
