Included migrating data platform to Snowflake computing, rebuilding data pipelines to in-house developed ETL framework, migrated existing analytics platforms to Cloud, onboarded Sigma Computing after extensive product evaluations to enhance analytics capabilities, onboarded Dataiku after extensive product evaluations as the enterprise Data Science & MLOps platform. After the successful completion of this roadmap, all of REI’s data & analytics landscape is now either in Cloud or on SaaS.Led the development and rollout of multiple ML Engineering projects supporting various business capabilities including merchandise planning, ecommerce search and ecommerce personalization. Established REI’s first MLOps team and is actively working on maturing the MLOps practice. AWS & Azure certified Solution Architect.
