This early exploration set the stage for a career that has spanned over two decades, deeply entrenched in the realm of SAP data warehousing and analytics.My professional path led me through pivotal roles at global corporations like HCL, Cisco, and IBM, where I not only honed my technical skills but also mastered the art of solution-oriented thinking. At IBM, I embraced the challenge of large deals, engaging in solutioning and analytics for projects exceeding $15 million. A notable highlight was the PepsiCo project, where I led the implementation of a Trade Promotion Management solution, driving significant revenue growth across Europe and beyond.In my career, the transition from traditional data warehousing to S/4HANA represents not just a technological shift but a broader evolution in how we approach business challenges. My role often involved selling ideas to clients, understanding their needs, and translating complex analytics into actionable insights.Beyond the technical aspects, my philosophy revolves around building and nurturing teams. My tenure at IBM was marked by developing a team of over 200 SAP BI professionals. The trust and reliance these individuals place in me, and their eagerness to join me in new ventures, is a source of immense pride and satisfaction.As I venture into new territories, AI stands out as a beacon of potential, promising to revolutionize data analytics and warehousing.
