ABOUT SANJNA MAJUMDAR

With over 16 years of work experience in the Industrial engineering industry, I have developed and honed my skills in human resources management, leadership, HRIS, and statutory compliance. As a deputy manager and a human resources manager at Maco Corporation, I have contributed to the growth and success of the company by overseeing the recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and employee engagement of over 600 staff members. I have also implemented and maintained HRIS systems, ensured compliance with labor laws and regulations, and resolved employee grievances and disputes. As a team manager, I have led and supported a diverse and talented group of HR professionals, providing them with guidance, feedback, and motivation. My mission is to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture that aligns with the company\'s vision and values. I am passionate about learning new technologies and best practices in the field of human resources, and I seek to apply my knowledge and experience to new and challenging opportunities.
