ABOUT SANJIV RANJAN

I\'ve spent my career at the intersection of technology and getting things done - spotting paradigm shifts early, getting hands-on fast, and figuring out what they mean for real organisations.It started in the mid-90s: building C++ GUI apps for SITA on ISDN terminals. But I could see the internet was about to change everything. I jumped to an internet startup on nothing more than \"I\'m a fast learner\"- and spent the next 7 years building payment systems, music streaming, and video platforms before broadband adoption grew.That pattern recognition has defined my career. I moved into delivery and programme leadership, spending 15 years at the BBC managing portfolios across iPlayer, Sounds, News and Sport - scaling agile across 100+ teams, aligning product strategy to OKRs, and navigating the messy human side of technology change.Along the way, I worked with early AI - delivering NLP and text mining solutions at Nstein Technologies back in 2008, while the term natural language processing was very niche.Now I\'m going through that same paradigm shift again - this time with agentic AI.It\'s not theory any more. I\'m running AI agents as genuine productivity tools, building custom applications in minutes, and studying AI formally through Imperial Business School\'s Executive Education programme.
