I am a mechanical design engineer with over 10 years of experience in electromechanical product development and special purpose machine (SPM) design. My expertise lies in developing innovative, reliable, and cost-effective solutions by combining strong fundamentals in mechanical design with hands-on engineering practices.I have extensive experience in 3D modeling and product development using tools like Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks, along with applying engineering methodologies such as finite element analysis (FEA), thermal analysis, and design of experiments (DOE) to optimize performance and durability.My background includes working on SPMs, automation systems, and precision mechanical assemblies, where I have contributed from concept design to final production.    1) Conceptualize and design molded, extruded, 3D-printed, and machined parts, as well as complete assemblies for electromechanical products.2) Optimize part designs using structural analysis, FEA, and design of experiments.3) Redesign product components to integrate updated PCBs.4) Perform thermal dissipation analysis for electronic components on PCB assemblies.5) Collaborate with Supply Chain to assess production costs and recommend sourcing strategies by prototyping and liaising with vendors.6) Create, manage, and release part and assembly drawings to Manufacturing and Supply Chain using AutoDesk Vault and AutoCAD & solidworks 7) Collaborate with Manufacturing, Applications Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure compliance with CE, UL, TUV, and RoHS directives, progressing projects through the Stage-Gate process.8) Provide manufacturing support by enhancing part manufacturability, certifying replacement parts for obsolete components, and improving test fixtures and procedures.9) Design and maintain custom jigs and fixtures for manufacturing new and existing products.10) Communicate with global R&D teams (EU and China & US) to ensure manufacturability and global applicability of designs.
