I’m a product designer with 8+ years of experience working with product, engineering, and business teams to shape and ship meaningful work. Over time, I found that many product challenges are not design problems, they are clarity problems.Today, I design and facilitate focused product sprints for teams navigating important decisions. I’m usually brought in when direction feels unclear, a new initiative needs sharper thinking, stakeholders are not aligned, or a launch carries real risk.Each engagement starts with thoughtful prep. I speak to stakeholders, help frame the right challenge, and make sure we are solving the right problem. During the sprint, we think rigorously, explore options, challenge assumptions, and prototype what matters. Afterward, I stay involved to help translate decisions into practical next steps.My role is to create the structure that helps teams innovate together, align on a direction they believe in, and move forward with confidence.
