BELIEVE IN CHANGE & BE A CHANGE ELEMENT. Integration of right skills of team members, technology through right process; delivers correct product that business want. Development of architecture & designs can make the product different. Design & development of a product is an integral approach towards design, validation, processes, new technologies, manufacturing, quality, marketing etc. with a focus on Design & development. My objective is to be part of business development with the focus on design and development. Always lead the development of new & challenging products, development of teams, processes. It was pleasure in applying experience in diesel engines, chassis design and vehicle dynamics while leading Car programs as Chief Engineer. Have good exposure to development of platform, vehicle architecture, commonality & standardization of designs, design processes & engineering tools like, CAE, 3D-modelling, ADAMS, Costs, quality, Project management, Softwares, etc. Handled many car programs in Domestic & International market, including a unique Sports Car. Actively lead management drives, product strategy, productivity, process development, IPR, design automation, ISO etc. Developed new functional design groups. Believer of Design, R&D can play a strategic role in business development & had good contribution into the same. Presently heading Methods & Processes, WCQ, Weight reduction & Front loading of engineering to enhance Productivity & lower development cycle, enhance competency of teams in Body & Trims.
