Wherein hand holded 1st HP Franchisee partner to rollout the store smoothly\\\\nPivotally rolled out the 1st Naturalizer store in India from conceptualization to execution as per the global standards.\\\\nEnsured effective implementation of engineering initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining overall quality standards. Revisited HVAC prices & Bata Red furniture to bring 5 % process reduction. Negotiated additional 5 % discount through bulk/centralized purchase\\\\nDemonstrated a sense of urgency & focused on excellence with 80% store builds within the TAT bringing savings from fit out period of 10 mln\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
