I serve as the Chairman and Managing Director of CERAFLUX INDIA PVT. LTD, a company deeply rooted in my enduring curiosity and passion for the Foundry Industry. My career journey commenced at Walchandnagar Industries Ltd in 1984, followed by roles at Noduram Founders Maharashtra Ltd in 1985 and Ajay Metachem Pvt. Ltd in 1991, where I honed my expertise and knowledge.Drawing from the wealth of experience and insights gathered in my prior positions, I embarked on an entrepreneurial venture, initially establishing a partnership firm named M/s. Ceral India in Pune. This venture eventually transformed into M/s. CERAFLUX INDIA PVT. LTD in 1995. In we made a strategic move by relocating our manufacturing operations from Pune to Kolhapur.The journey that commenced in 1992 alongside my capable partners has evolved into a remarkable legacy spanning over 30 years of dedicated service to the Foundry Industry.
