I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with 20 years of extensive experience across all aspects of accounting, auditing, compliance, governance, monitoring, financial management, legal and compliance, and referential data management.Currently, I am the Offshore Head for NFR Mumbai Testing, Compliance, Governance Oversight, and Monitoring Checks.Previously, I served as the COO and Head of Quality Assurance (QA) and Core Functions for the Legal and Compliance Centre of Excellence (CoE).Before that, I was the Global Manager at Morgan Stanley for the Institutional Client Onboarding, Referential & Static Data team, supporting North America, Europe, and Asia. This role also involved vendor management, where functions were outsourced to different locations in India.
