   Job Description:• Training/upskilling medical (M.B.B.S, M.D, B.D.S, etc.) and non-medical candidates for virtual medical scribe. Training consists of the structure of patient records, the capture of information with medico-legal expectations, the basics of medical coding, and E.H.R. navigation. Roles and responsibilities:• Managing team productivity, accuracy, and T.A.T. per the training/operation expectations.• Maintaining minimal attrition with maximum throughput (95%) on deliverables.• Conduct pre-process, process, and systems training for new hire batches assigned• Ensure training yield as per target, maintain quality of the training delivered, and train on time when training a new hire batch. • Coordinate with Assistant Manager/Manager Training to create training modules and updatetraining modules basis the updates.• Coach new hires/existing staff on areas of improvement and monitor their progress.• Create awareness of HIPAA and ISO guidelines by training new hires.• Keep abreast with process updates, quality parameters, and system enhancements.• Partner actively in the Knowledge Transfer process for new accounts as per the businessrequirement.• Take ownership of ensuring self-certification under the Train the Trainer program.• Support in the creation of the EHR manuals based on inputs from clients during the pre-onboarding phase of the new accounts and conducting training based on the manuals for existing and new employees aligned to the latest version.• Participate in client calls and responsible for knowledge transfer for the new account duringthe onboarding phase.• Ensure on-time and accurate evaluations of online assessments on the HRIS, thus supporting the selection process of new team members.• Responsible for mentoring and coaching the assigned new line trainer, thus ensuringcertification of the team member under the Train The Trainer certification.
