I hold a Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University (20••••23) and a Bachelor of Technology in Biomedical Engineering from NIT, Rourkela (20••••19). Additionally, I earned a Micro-MBA from the Rady School of Business in 2022.My professional experience includes working as a Product Development Engineer at Venostent, INC, where I manufactured bioabsorbable perivascular polymer wraps for clinical trials, addressed quality concerns, and optimized manufacturing processes. I also interned as a Research and Development Engineering Intern at Brevitest, Fannin Innovation Studio, where I detected target analytes from blood using ELISA, optimized validation and verification studies, and automated manufacturing processes.In my academic and professional journey, I have developed a wide range of skills, including medical device manufacturing (3D printing, cGMP, CAPA, non-conformance investigations), biomolecular techniques (ELISA, RNA extraction, RT-qPCR), microscopy (confocal, fluorescence, multi-photon, optical), and diagnostics (assay development for point-of-care devices).I have completed projects involving the development of vascularization strategies for in-vitro models, studying inflammatory cell response to degradable Mg-based sutures, and designing medical devices within quality management systems frameworks.
