Railway Engineer with 5+ years of cross-sectoral experience in civil infrastructure, rail systems, and bridge design, delivering impactful work across India, and the UK. Currently at Mott MacDonald, I contribute to structural and ancillary design for UK rail projects, most recently for Access for All (Afa scheme) at Okehampton Stations, Charfield Station, and Chalkwell footbridge, providing detailed calculations, platform service integration, and structural validation using tools like MIDAS and IDEA StatiCa.Previously at AtkinsRéalis, I led Level 0 assessments and post-tensioned bridge evaluations under the Civil Assessment Framework Agreement (CAFA), and contributed to National Bridge Strike Initiative (NBSI). I also supported project finance budgeting and programme management for the UK West Region.My design and coordination skills were honed during my work on Nagpur Metro Rail, where I independently designed elevated stations and PSC girders, and at the Core Vally Line (CVL)(UK), where I redesigned platforms at Cardiff Queen Street Station for improved PRM accessibility and compliance with Network Rail standards.
