With over 13 years of experience in product control and regulatory reporting, I am an Assistant Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where I manage the Treasury product portfolio, covering bonds, swaps, derivatives, and FX. I hold an MBA Finance degree from the University of Pune and a Bachelor\'s Degree in Zoology from Magadh University.My core competencies include fixed income P&L validation and reporting, multi-currency accounting, hedge effectiveness testing, and reconciliation. I lead a team of analysts who ensure the accuracy and integrity of the daily and monthly P&L and balance sheet, following the ASC815 guidelines and demonstrating key controls. I also collaborate with front, middle, and back office stakeholders to validate the balances and transactions on financial statements, and oversee change projects and UAT sign-offs.
