Heading the Entire Deployment Function for Rollout of 5G, Small Cells and New built, FTTX, IP Colo & Loading sites.• Responsible for the Fiber rollout under Intracity, NLD and ISP Implementation in circle to meet internal & external customer requirement. Handling Fiber T&D, Fiber HDD, FTTX, OLT Installation & commissioning.• Handling the vendor Management, Material Management, Program Management, coordinate with planning, SCM, NoC, Store, Network Quality, Circle Marketing & Circle mobility teams so as to execute and deliver the required backhaul and LM fiber optic & transmission network. OLT performance evaluation and Coordination for Final HOTO & Delivery.• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of ENB & ESC Sites, Intracity Fiber Links, and Sites & FSA Complete sites construction and Getting RFE1 & RFE2 readiness for OLT and Materials tracking & reconciliation.• Ensuring ROW permissions for all the Intracity, FSA & FTTH Sites are applied and arranged timely from authorities.• Collaborate with the Top Management to align and articulate the organization’s vision and to develop strategies for achieving that vision, enabling cross functional leadership, and driving team efforts to generate work synergies to maximize Business operational efficiency.• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-tasking and developing goals for the development of team and business growth and ensuring they are met by Interacting with cross functional team for Smooth Functioning & delivery of sites to the customer.• Handled and managed the complete Deployment functions and Support to Operations with an end-to-end closure for the Mobile Tower sites execution with customer delight. Team & Vendor Management, Clients handling with Customer centricity and time Bound Projects Execution & Delivery with optimized cost.• Handling day to day Site construction for Civil, Electrical and Tower work thru service partner/ Vendor / Suppliers and Solar Site Deployment at GBT Sites.
