ABOUT SANJEEV TAYAL

Over 25 years of global leadership experience, with a track record of turning around organisations through business growth, P&L management, operational excellence, delivery governance, driving new initiatives, and redefining customer experience. Spent two decades with TCS, managing various customers and industries across US, UK, Australia, and Middle East. Have been on the Board of local joint ventures in the region. Sanjeev is currently working as Advisor and Management Consultant for the past few months, engaged in consulting assignments. Prior to this role, Sanjeev was heading the Middle East region for Wipro as Managing Director and Regional Head. He was accountable for P&L management, driving sales and solutions unit and customer relationships in the region. In recent years he has achieved a revenue growth of 25-30% CAGR in the area of Digital Transformation, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI and Analytics, leveraging global practices, partners, and alliances. He has concluded large multi-year service contracts, led integrated deals. Sanjeev has played senior leadership roles in various verticals in Tata Consultancy Services across the globe over two decades. He spent his initial years managing few GE businesses in US, a large customer of TCS. In 2009, he moved to Kolkata to setup the Media and Information Services BPO unit for TCS. In 2012, Telecom and Technology Business Unit was added to his portfolio. Sanjeev has Masters in Computer Applications and has attended various senior executive programs e.g. Executive program in Business Innovation from Tuck School of Business, New Hampshire. A marathoner for life, Sanjeev knows the importance of consistency, resilience, continuous improvement, and staying in the game for the long run.
