Responsibilities -•Manage the construction of the project in accordance with the contract in the most efficient and profitable manner taking particular care of client requirements and company’s sub-contractors, and suppliers’ interest, and leading the site staff to form a cohesive unit resolved to a common purpose.•Resolve with the client all issues related to the effective performance and construction of the project.•Review the project procedures in accordance with the company quality system and the project requirements and ensure their implementation. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.•Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.•Ensure that sub-contractors’ staff is aware and fully implement the quality system on site, including responsibility for ensuring quality awareness among st their personnel.•Ensure that all site personnel are aware of their responsibilities with regard to the quality system.•Ensure that statutory health and safe regulations and those contained in the company safety manual are observed at all times and that safety on site is maintained at high standard.•Ensure that resources are allocated in a manner to achieve the agreed construction plan and to the correct standard.•Ensure that corrective action is taken to maintain the quality standards required by the company and specification.
