Continually keep up with new SOPs and technical interactions with the desktop environment and set software, hardware, and security standards for team improvement. Preparing a Dashboard of monthly call reports with the help of ticketing tools. Handling documentation like hardware Asset inventory management and accessories. Handling all BMS equipment’s CCTV, DVR Recording Server, and Access Control System. Handling day-to-day activities like daily basis server checklists and Incident call reports. Documenting, maintaining & updating all reports related to ISO27001 and Internal audits.
