Role Summary:Lead the Mobility unit within TCS’ Industrial Autonomy and Engineering organization, responsible for engineering, delivery, customer relationships, and portfolio growth across global mobility domains. Drive the transition, with business and portfolio ownership, toward AI‑enabled, software‑defined, and compliant mobility platforms for OEMs, Tier‑1s, and ecosystem partners worldwideKey Responsibilities & Impact:• Help customers solve mobility challenges end‑to‑end—from product and platform engineering to operational readiness, lifecycle management, and ecosystem integration• Deliver highly complex, multi‑region engineering programs across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, balancing safety, quality, cost, and execution predictability• Establish and scale differentiated engineering delivery backbones, integrating simulation‑led and physical validation with regulatory and homologation readiness• Propel TCS DriveSphere™, wherein we integrate a comprehensive 360-degree engineering perspective and seamlessly navigate industry complexities by delivering a full-spectrum engineering model - from infrastructure to intelligence - with AI infused across lifecycle enabling agility, efficiency, and innovation• Build and enable a strong partner ecosystem across semiconductors, tools, cloud, and platform providers to accelerate innovation and time‑to‑market at scale

As part of TCS’s Industrial Autonomy and Engineering, I head the Mobility unit, helping our customers shape AI‑enabled, software‑defined vehicles across global markets.With vast experience across embedded systems, electronics, and automotive, I help mobility customers ride the technology wave from model‑based to software‑defined and now AI‑driven mobility—working with them to realize the transformation these technologies bring to end customers at large.Backed by a highly differentiated delivery backbone, I deliver highly complex vehicle programs across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. These programs span electrification (from BMS to ePowertrain), autonomy (from semiconductors and signal processing to sensors and controls), and the cockpit (seamless and intuitive UI/UX and multimodal connected experiences). This backbone has now transitioned into an AI‑driven fabric of highly efficient engineering.In accelerating this journey toward next‑generation mobility, we have launched TCS DriveSphere™, enabling customers with an AI‑ and GenAI‑transformed full‑service portfolio across design, simulation, and software engineering, combined with a focused ecosystem play curated for our mobility customers.
