Sports coordinator • Coordinate with PE & Sports staff or coaches, and school management to ensure, effective & and quality teaching and coaching program delivery. • Plan and deliver staff professional developments programs related to sports snd physical education to aim for the quality teaching and coaching. • Ensure PE teams and coaches follow safe guarding protocol during the season. • Teachers sports classes observation and on field guidelines for effective teaching and coaching. • Plan and execute teachers Evaluation KRA and KRI of teachers performance as per the school academic year • Develop training schedules and fitness plans across multiple indoor and outdoor sports disciplines. • Plan and draft sports time table aligned with academic subjects,in collaboration with SLTs and coordinators. • Maintain sports and PE records, achievements, and documentation for school accolades and report cards. • Coordinate inter-house and inter-school tournaments, Teacher wellness programs and other school events. • Plan and Recruit new staff as per the guidelines and in collaboration with Hr Department. • Plan, organize, and oversee the entire sports curriculum and school annual sports calendar. • Ensure safety, risk assessments, and student well-being during sports activities and whole school programs. • Monitor student participation and promote inclusive sports opportunities for all students • Plan and Manage inventory, budgeting, and procurement of sports equipment.Basketball Coach • Conduct structured, and age appropriate basketball coaching sessions for various age groups as per time table. • Plan and Train school basketball teams for various levels of competitions. • Focus on skill development, fitness, game strategies, and team sprit and development as per drafted skill matrix. • Identify and nurture talent among students for long-term growth.
