Set up Kick-Off Meeting (KOM) with internal stakeholders and vendors.• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and other related agreements to ensure terms and conditions align with the project goals and legal requirements.• Address and resolve any disputes or issues arising during the contract life cycle, including liaising with legal teams or external stakeholders where necessary.• Manage contract amendments and changes in scope of work, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed.• Ensure all contracts and related documents are in compliance with statutory regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Provide regular reports to senior management on contract status, risks, and any issues.• Claim Management-responsible for preparing anticipated claim for variations and also submission for Extension of Time (EOT) as and when required to the client.• Reviewing and monitoring the activities ensuring that all the terms and conditions of contract are followed.• Keeping track on record of Liquidated damages to be imposed on the Contractor as and when required by the Client.• Preparing comprehensive tender documents (e.g, Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation to Bid (ITB), Bill of Quantities (BOQ)).
