I have 14 plus years of experience in all verticals of the human resource department, driving overall HR Management and Administration in the Retail & Manufacturing domain. I have strong track record of handling all facets of human resource management, viz. Full Life Cycle Recruiting, Recruitment Support Functions, MIS Reporting, Performance Appraisal, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and R&R, Statutory & Compliance, Training & L&D Operations and Performance Management System.As a Human Resource Manager I have led the entire employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement, R&R and HR operations.
