Currently working as Project Manager with British Telecom Services India Pvt Ltd.Responsibilities of my role related to Project Delivery -• Attending and initiating project kick off meetings with Stakeholders, External Suppliers and internal teams to discuss:• Understanding of customer\'s requirement• Co-ordination with Technical solution consultant for preparation of Design and Design Check as per requirement • Coordinate with External suppliers to get quote for their service.• On completion of Design and Design Check from Technical Solution Consultants prepare Initial documents RTC (Response to Customer) and PCT (Price capturing Tool) to prepare cost.• Get done costing, Pricing and commercial approval before sending Final Project Charter Proposal to customer.• Get the change raised, prepare CAF and Impl to raise change on SNOW, follow up with change team, Bank and all the suppliers and implementers to get all the necessary approvals on time.• Lead implementations call on night of activity and take care of escalation if any, outcome of change activity, customer acceptance for billing. • Resource Planning and scheduling installation• Monitoring project progress, proactively identifying, and resolving blocking issues during the project lifecycle by taking appropriate action, implement solutions or escalate.• Ensures smooth migrations and hand-over of network to support after commissioning / acceptance by customer.• Train new resources to LBG Voice account.
