A Team Leader - MIS (Management Information Systems) Reports role involves overseeing data collection, reporting, and analytics to support business decision-makingRoles & Responsibilities:1. Data Management & ReportingOversee the collection, validation, and storage of data from various sources.Ensure timely and accurate preparation of MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc).Automate reporting processes using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for leadership teams.Generate performance, productivity, and operational efficiency reports.2. Data Analysis & InsightsAnalyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.Provide actionable insights to management for decision-making.Conduct variance analysis, forecasting, and business intelligence reporting.3. Process Automation & OptimizationAutomate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel VBA, Python, or SQL scripts.Improve data processing efficiency by optimizing SQL queries and database management.Implement new tools and technologies to enhance data accuracy and reporting speed.4. Team Management & CollaborationLead and mentor a team of MIS analysts, ensuring data quality and consistency.Assign tasks, review work, and provide training on MIS tools and reporting best practices.Collaborate with different departments (Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) to understand reporting requirements.5. Compliance & Data SecurityEnsure data integrity and security in line with company policies.Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in MIS systems.Key Skills Required: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query) SQL (Queries, Joins, Data Extraction) Power BI / Google Data Studio (Dashboard Creation) Python (for automation & data analysis) Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
