Experienced Environmental Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the Civil Engineering industry. I have more than 17 years of professional experience working in external aided infrastructure development projects (funded by the World Bank, ADB & KfW). Most of the experience includes Environmental studies for the preparation of ESMF (Environment and Social Framework), ESIAs (Environment and Social Impact Assessment), ESMPs (Environment and Social Management Plan), and Monitoring of Environmental & Social Safeguards/standards including Biodiversity Management Plans in infrastructure development projects (Roads, Bridges, Buildings, Transmission Line and Substation) in hilly & biodiversity-rich areas of Himachal Pradesh. Experience also includes Planning, Design and implementation of Soil Bioengineering techniques (Nature-based solutions) for Civil Engineering Purposes (slope stabilisation & erosion control) and to address climate change challenges.
