I currently lead the Regional Services Technology & Materials Engineering team, supporting MRO shops and customers through predictive analytics, fleet modeling, contract margin reviews, materials engineering, and on-wing technologies.Previously, I led GE Aerospace’s Advanced Technology organization (~200 engineers) at the Bangalore Engineering Center—bringing together multidisciplinary teams across preliminary design, combustion, aerodynamics, dynamics, thermal systems, additive manufacturing, and IP. My focus has consistently been on building inclusive, high-performing teams passionate about developing breakthrough technologies.My career spans GE Power, GE Research, and GE Aviation, working on products including heavy-duty gas turbines, motors, wind turbines, and aircraft engines.
