Lead a team that work cross-functionally Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, and our IT partners to design, test, train and implement a new SAP EWM Warehouse Management System across 33 sites in our organization. • Lead our supplementary deployment team to install SAP EWM Warehouse Management System for our RDCs and Manufacturing Plants across the country starting with one of our Brown Field RDCs where we gathered learnings to improve our system design, OCM tools and deployment strategies for future deployments that take place this December for our next 2 sites. • Lead and design site assessments, testing cycles, training plans and organizational change management as we upgrade our previous WMS from the last 25 years. • Look for synergies between SAP and EWM to streamline our design for the organization.
