ABOUT SANJEEB KUMAR GUIN

I had a transformative experience when I was introduced to software applications during my senior year of high school. It gave me a whole new way to channel my creativity in ways I had never thought possible before. This experience helped me understand the immense potential of technology as a tool for innovation and problem solving. It didn\'t just deepen my fascination with the digital world, but also sparked a curiosity about the software industry that has guided my career goals ever since. With a passion for digital world, I have been involved in many roles and responsibilities with three companies in India. I was responsible for various activities related to Back Office, Testing Support and Project Management activities. My interest led me into the SAP processes and I worked on various Testing, Support and Enhancement projects. I also used various tools to test and support team members with Test Automation. Involved in Test Management, Stakeholders Management and Reporting activities. In order to gain more insight into how projects are executed at a managerial level and how different strategies help to make profitable decisions, I joined the Bremen University of Applied Sciences to pursue International MBA. I am happy to be part of this course. Currently I am working with a major retail company in Germany as a Test Manager to successfully manage various testing projects.
