About Sanjay V Shah
An entrepreneurial business executive and a chartered accountant and company secretary by qualification, I have spent most of my working life in ITC Group- first in the Treasury, Finance and Secretarial function of ITC’s leasing & financial services arm and then in the secretarial department of ITC Limited and then as Group Company Secretary of ITC Infotech India Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Limited. Following my retirement from ITC Infotech, I assumed a leadership role in Tax Box and I lead Corporate Secretarial practice in Tax Box. Tax Box is India’s first budget accounting and tax consulting platform. We are committed to providing an Indian alternate to the global accounting firms and create India\'s first internationally recognized Accounting and Consulting company.
