   Develop finance technology solutions to enable the rapid growth of the world’s largest cloud provider ($100B+ revenue, 225+ distinct products and services, and 1MM+ SKUs and growing at ~20% YoY) while leading a 400+ person global engineering, product, and UX organization. Provide strategic and visionary leadership and pioneer the custom financial applications needed to scale and run a large public cloud business. Develop software to automate reporting of financial actuals (including revenue, Capex, P&L, pro forma balance sheet, and free cash flow statements), continuous business planning, headcount management and planning, including automation and elimination of manual processes in finance, accounting, tax, and AWS business. Successfully launched Revenue Reporting System (RRS) AWS revenue and usage metrics at the lowest granular level, such as customer, service, region, SKUs, and discount types (millions of intersections,~4B records processed each month)- Developed application to enable 1-Click P & Ls for AWS products and services, customers, and regions (100s of thousands of intersections) and saved thousands of hours in manual work- Led the ideation, technical development, and launch of an innovative fully automated planning for AWS. Automated planning is the hands of the wheel planning system for AWS P&L, CAPEX, and FCF by product and region which resulted in reduced planning time by 90% and zero errors- Designed and delivered a self-service application that automated and accelerated overall deal modelling workflows for AWS custom deals (>80% of the AWS revenue) resulting in 10 to 50 times faster deal assessment with improved accuracy (several $100 billion worth of deals processed on annual basis), and quicker pricing decisions and deal closing by several weeks- Improved product development velocity by hiring over 350 team members including SDEs, SDMs, PMTs, and TPMs in 2.5 years.
