I have taken many cost cutting projects during my working span and have improved the OEE up to a world class level. Very good at implementing systems, I possess the ability to take any company to new heights with my strong managing skills. I have handled a variety of components starting from Cylinder heads to cylinder blocks, gears, housings, back plates, VMC & HMC body parts and many more. The largest Team size handled is more than 300 with 90 CNC machines in Shivam Autotech, my longest tenure.
