I lead and create simple architectures for complex enterprises to ensure our modernization journey moves swiftly and efficiently towards incredible business outcomes.My work is varied and dynamic. Since 2016, I’ve established a multi-year technology strategy within my company that has significantly and measurably improved our IT portfolio, simplified the technology landscape, and refined our architecture organization, methodology, and process. Blurring organizational boundaries to achieve holistic success is the blueprint I use to design and implement C-suite aligned solutions to intricate problems delaying innovation. I am not project oriented—my work is focused on the big picture. All operational patterns—from team building, conflict resolution, partnership creation—are accounted for in the technology I create and implement. My systems clarify business vision, crystallize goals, and allow direct and indirect teams to deliver on key initiatives. My career has been marked by a deep desire to run every operation as if it were my own business. I am a founder and innovator who brings the expertise of an enterprise-enabling, start-up energy everywhere I go. With hands-on training at the family business that provided ancillary manufacturing for Tata Motors, and the knowledge and knocks I took as I formed companies from ideas to reality, it gave me pride, accountability and a sense of ownership in everything I do.Leading with the heart of an entrepreneur gives me insight and inspiration as a transformation specialist in the complex concepts of legacy modernization, Business Process Management, and Rules Management.
