I am a Technical Consultant with 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise CRM and automation solutions across US Government, NGOs, and commercial organizations. I have been working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, leading solution design and delivery for large, customer-facing implementations. My core work involves building scalable business applications, handling integrations, and improving system performance using the Microsoft ecosystem. Recently, I’ve started working more with AI and Copilot, using Azure OpenAI for prompt-based solutions and exploring scenarios like RAG with enterprise data in Dataverse. I’ve also worked on Copilot Studio for building guided workflows and automation use cases. From a cloud side, I work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and App Services, mostly in integration-heavy and event-driven setups. My development background includes.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
