He enjoys being a growth catalyst, as Coach and Advisory board member to several high potential businesses moving to their next orbit, driving significant outcomes and mentoring founders & entrepreneurs across strategy, finance, organizational culture & go to market.He is an independent director - board member at two premier listed companies – Zen Technologies Limited (defence technology) and Visaka Industries Limited (building materials, electric two wheeler and solar roofing)Sanjay, has been an active angel investor – has investments in startups across the AI, Healthcare, DeepTech, Drones, Sustainability, Impact, Consumer and FinTech sectors.A Charter member at TiE, Hyderabad (The Indus Entrepreneurs), he is also a member of the Executive Council at the Hyderabad Foundation and an independent Director on the board of a leading Cardiac care focused multi speciality hospital - Unimed Health (Star Hospitals). Sanjay also serves as a Board member at the Healing Fields Foundation, an India-based, health-focused NGO committed to empowering women as health agents of change in their communities.A TEDx speaker, he has covered new perspectives around Startups & Finance for Women.He was the Executive Vice President & Head, Global Delivery Center, Hitachi Consulting India.As CEO and Head of the Global Delivery Center at India, he led the company’s global delivery team of 1800+ across the centers at Hyderabad, Pune and Bangalore. As CFO at Sierra Atlantic, India - he was a core team member of a $100K to $100M + journey, spanning 16 years – taking the company public on the National & Mumbai Stock exchange, reverting to private holding, acquiring global companies and finally being acquired by Hitachi Consulting on 31 Dec 2010.Prior to joining Sierra Atlantic, he ran a family owned industrial venture and led a successful Chartered Accountancy practice. He holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce and is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). A keen golfer, book lover and art enthusiast, he is also the co founder and an active member at one of Hyderabad’s pioneering book clubs – Turn The Page.
